You’ve just gone gluten free and now you feel like you’re starving. What on earth are you supposed to eat? Here’s a really quick list of foods you’re familiar with:
Cheese (just not blue cheese, it’s made with bread mold)
Does that get the wheels turning? You can still eat Chicken, Beef, Bacon, and Pork. Scrambled eggs with melted cheese. Roasted winter vegetables, fruit smoothies, polenta, garlic mashed potatoes, rice dishes. Your morning cup of coffee with a side of peanut butter cookies that will cure every craving. Add in the many gluten free products available and your diet won’t really change.
