Gluten Free No-Bake Chocolate Marshmallow Bars

  • 2 cups peanut butter
  • 2 cups chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1 10 oz bag Kraft mini marshmallows


  1. Place peanut butter, chocolate chips and butter in a large saucepan.
  2. Melt over medium low heat, stirring constantly, until the mixture is completely free of lumps.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in marshmallows.
  4. Pour mixture into a parchment lined 9x13 baking dish.
  5. Chill in the fridge until firm.
