Udi's Gluten Free Bread-End Stuffing for Turkey
A lovely traditional stuffing for roast chicken or turkey made with gluten free bread.

stick butter
1/2 cup butter

apples cored and chopped into bite sized pieces

onion peeled and chopped into bite sized pieces

ends of Udi's gluten free bread cut or torn into bite sized pieces

poultry seasoning

salt

In a very large pot or frying pan, melt butter

Add apples and onions and cook until onions are translucent.

Fold in Udi's gluten free bread ends.

Sprinkle with poultry seasoning and salt and stir gently to combine.

Stuff turkey cavity and bake as directed on the tukey OR Spoon into baking dish, cover with foil and bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
