  • 1 oz gluten free tortilla chips
  • 1/3 cup salsa or to taste
  • 1/3 cup cooked or canned chickpeas or to taste
  • 1/4 cup non-dairy shredded cheese or to taste


  1. Place chips in a single layer on a microwave safe plate.

  2. Spoon salsa evenly onto chips.

  3. Spoon chickpeas evenly onto chips.

  4. Sprinkle evenly with non-dairy cheese.

  5. Microwave on high for 1 minute or until cheese is melted.
