Gluten Free Crock Pot Pulled Pork

  • Boneless pork roast or pork loin
  • 1 T garlic powder
  • 1/2 T cumin powder
  • 3 tsp sea salt or more to taste


  1. Place pork roast into crock pot and season with spices and salt.
  2. Cook on high for 4-6 hours or on low for 6-8 hours or until tender and easily shredded.
  3. Using two forks, shred pork into strings.
  4. Serve on gluten free rolls or toast, top with your favorite gluten free bbq sauce if desired.
