Ingredients

  • Baked Tilapia -Get the recipe here
  • Salad Greens or Romain Lettuce

Dressing

  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup mayonaise
  • juice and zest of one lime
  • 3 green onions very thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup cilantro processed in a mini food processor or chopped very fine
  • 2 tsp honey

Instructions

  1. Combine all dressing ingredients and let flavors mingle for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Serve over fish and salad greens or with fish tacos.
