These ridiculously easy cookies are made with gluten free cake mix.

Ingredients

  • 1 Gluten Free cake mix of your choosing
  • 3 Eggs beaten
  • 1/2 cup cooking oil

Instructions

  1. With an electric mixer, blend ingredients until well combined
  2. Drop by spoonfuls onto a parchment lined cookie sheet and flatten slightly with fingers.
  3. Bake at 350F for 8-12 minutes until edges are just starting to brown.
