Super Easy Roasted Sweet Potatoes in the Crock Pot


  • 6 medium sized sweet potatoes


  1. Wash and pierce sweet potatoes
  2. Place in crock pot (use a liner or line bottom with foil if desired)
  3. Cook on high for 4 hours or on low for 6 hours
  4. Store left-overs in a covered container in the fridge for up to 1 week
