Step-by-Step Instructions:

Get ready to embark on a culinary adventure as we dive into the step-by-step process of creating these mouthwatering Gluten Free Stuffed Peppers. Follow along step by simple and flavorful step, from preparing the peppers to baking them to perfection. Let’s get cooking!

Step 1: Preparing the Peppers

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Start by slicing off the tops of the bell peppers and removing the seeds and membranes. Place the peppers upright in a baking dish, creating little edible bowls to hold the delicious filling.

Step 2: Cooking the Rice

Next, cook the rice according to the package instructions. Once cooked, set it aside to cool slightly while we prepare the rest of the filling. Fluffy rice is essential for achieving that perfect texture in your stuffed peppers!

Step 3: Sautéing the Aromatics

In a skillet over medium heat, sauté the finely chopped onion and minced garlic until they turn golden and release their tantalizing aroma. This step will infuse the filling with incredible flavor and make your kitchen smell absolutely divine.

Step 4: Adding the Sauce and Gardein Ground Be’f

Now it’s time to get saucy. Spoon one cup of the sauce into the pan. Crumble in the Gardein Ground Be’f into the skillet with the sautéed onion and garlic, and cook for a few minutes until it’s heated through. You’ll love how it brings a satisfying protein-packed element to this dish!

Step 5: Mixing the Gluten Free Vegan Pepper Filling

In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked rice, black beans, corn kernels, ground cumin, paprika, chili powder, salt, and pepper. Add the cooked vegan ground Be’f mixture to the bowl and mix everything together until well-combined. This vibrant medley of flavors and textures will make your taste buds dance with joy!

Step 6: Stuffing the Peppers

Grab a spoon and start spooning the filling into each bell pepper, packing it tightly. Don’t be shy—get generous with that delicious mixture! Once the peppers are brimming with the filling, it’s time to move on to the next step.

Step 7: Top With Sauce

Pour the remaining tomato sauce over the stuffed peppers, ensuring they are completely covered. This luscious sauce will add an extra burst of tangy goodness to the dish and keep everything moist and tender during the baking process.

Step 8: Baking to Pepper Perfection

Cover the baking dish with foil and pop it into the preheated oven. Let the peppers bake for 25-30 minutes, allowing all those incredible flavors to meld together. After that, remove the foil. This is the time to add the dairy free cheese substitute if you wish, and bake for an additional 5 minutes to get a lovely golden hue on top.

Step 9: Garnish and Serve Those Gluten Free Stuffed Peppers!

Once your stuffed peppers are done baking, it’s time for the finishing touch. Garnish them with some fresh cilantro or parsley for a pop of freshness and color. Now, gather your loved ones around the table and serve these beauties as a delightful main dish or a flavorful side. Enjoy!
